4. Orders & Services

  • Please check the service description, minimum and maximum order limits before placing an order.
  • Once an order is submitted, cancellation may not always be possible.
  • Order completion time can vary depending on the selected service and external platform conditions.
  • Some services may start immediately while others may require additional processing time.
  • Do not place multiple orders for the same link at the same time unless the service description allows it.

5. Refill Policy

Refill availability depends on the individual service. If a service includes a refill period, refill requests must comply with the conditions mentioned in the service description.

Important: Refill is not applicable to services that do not include a refill guarantee.

6. Payment & Balance

  • Payments must be made using the payment methods available on the panel.
